YouTuber Imports 6 New Cars Then Drifts A Toyota Chaser Around His Property To Celebrate

Living vicarious through the deep pool of automotive YouTubers can be therapeutic for gearheads who are never satisfied with just one project car.

Having the ability to pop on your favorite online personality for 10-30 minutes at a time has a way of scratching the itch that won’t result in mounds of debt. Being able to follow a build from start to finish can give viewers a sense of ownership when they receive a notification from their favorite builder.

When resident JDM enthusiast and professional drifter, Adam LZ announced the arrival of six cars that arrived within days of each other, he decided to share his newest purchases. The process of purchasing, hiding, and slowly releasing content is the same as this one.

After months of anticipation from his fans, Adam unveiled his JDM-spec Toyota Chaser first during the inaugural car week.

Welcome To Car Week, With Adam LZ

Adam decided to raise the stakes by creating a dedicated circuit around his compound in order to test and time his latest acquisitions, as well as revealing a new car each day for the next five days.

Adam revealed that this is the only car of the six he plans to sell for a cool $10,900. Although it only has the 2.0L NA 1G-FE engine, the Chaser is the perfect blank canvas for a manual swap and drift build.

After the introduction, it was time for the short circuit around the track to be laid out. It wasn’t able to reach its full potential due to some standing water.

With a less than ideal launch, Adam’s driving talent quickly kicks in as the Chaser manages to handle the tight corners well despite some understeer.

Hitting the fastest corner of the track, the Chaser’s drifting skills are on full display as Adam manages to kick out the back end with nothing more than a healthy pace. We were able to go around the track in a mere 38.21 seconds, and we began to feel that underpowered cars would shine around the track.
