The brand also seems to have a spiritual element to its approach to fitness, with Chico’s website filled with snaps of the star looking relaxed and laid back with his clients on various Hu Breath retreats, something the former singer describes as a form of guided meditation that combines ancient breathing techniques with movements

It feels like a dark tunnel with no end in sight, as shown in a recent video shared to Block Fit’sInstagram page by Chico, who claims he can get out of depression by exercising and doing his breath work. I am not used to that feeling and it knocked me sideways.
