Tailgate scene: Car show

Football, dad’s day and car shows are some of the best things about Oklahoma State University.

There was a car show on the north end of Hall of Fame that had a clear theme.

There is a bright orange color.

There were prototypes in the 22 cars entered in the competition. Some of them were connected to OSU. Some of the seats were painted bright orange and others had a logo on them.

Dick Yuhnke is a 1970 graduate and has a car. The fastest he has traveled is 140 miles per hour, according to him.

What speed can it go?

Yuhnke said nobody has enough nerve to find that.

The college of engineering, architecture and technology was strong. An associate dean showed off a hybrid vehicle.

The ride is based on the classic car, the mustang. The Humphreys donated it to OSU.

Vehicles have been used in movies.
