Soha doesn’t seem to believe in a gym break. She does not need a gym. Her living room serves the purpose of a play room slash workout area as she converts her daughter’s multi-coloured play mat as her yoga mat

Soha gave her fans a glimpse of her fitness session on Thursday. She displayed a variety of exercises to strengthen the core.

Soha used a table to rest her feet for the first exercise so she could do an upside-down workout. She did a swimming exercise in which she placed two slabs under her belly. The actress aced it using her arms and legs.

Soha did a handstand too. She used a brick to place one hand on the ground while placing her feet on the wall.

Soha did a leg exercise using weights. She was doing squats while lifting weights. She wrote in the caption of the post that if you aren’t sore to your core, you need to do more.
