Saran is very active in dancing. She loves doing live performances. Saran posted a video of her performance on her IG account. The video was captioned, “Last year on stage.” There is a universal experience of dancing. We dance to express joy, celebrate life events, and perform rituals. According to Harvard Health, dance has physical and cognitive benefits that may be greater than other forms of exercise.

Saran shared her health secrets to The Times Of India. She says she doesn’t care about losing weight. I don’t want a perfect figure. Staying and eating healthy is what I’d like to focus on. Vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and beans are some of the healthiest sources of carbohydrate, according to Harvard Health.

Saran told The Times of India her favorite workouts. She likes to combine her exercises. A combination of running, swimming, yoga, and circuit training works well for my body. You can work on different things by doing different workouts.

Saran believes in a balanced diet. She told The Times of India that she preferred Indian food because of its balanced diet. I prefer grilled eats over junk. Grilling is a great way to cook and enjoy the outdoors. Grilling may help with weight loss. While grilling doesn’t remove all the fat from the meat, it does cause the fat to melt off the rack. The meat can be cooked in it’s own fat, which can be reabsorbed. It is possible to keep more vitamins and minerals in your food by grilling it, and you will get a juicy meal without the added fats.
Saran tells The Times of India that she likes to exercise outside. I exercise five times a week, and like doing it outside. That way, you sweat more and stay away from unnatural surroundings which air conditioned gyms trap you in.” According to Piedmont Health, exercise produces a feel-good hormone called endorphins.
