President Biden is in London to pay his respects to the queen.
The president was expected to sign the official book and attend a reception hosted by King Charles III at Buckingham Palace.
The United Kingdom is home to many world leaders, including Mr. Biden. The U.K. Ambassador Jane Hartley, Lord Lieutenant of Essex, and other people welcomed Mr. Biden and First LadyJill Biden at the airport.
All American flags should be flown at half staff until sunset on the day of the queen’s funeral. He went to the British Embassy in London to speak with the king.
