It takes a lot of hard work to stay in shape after menopause. In her lengthy caption, she confessed that she was especially fond of people with “uneven hips”.
Since she came back for the jungle shooting #beyondtheedge, she has had to cut down on her yoga. I am doing some serious physical therapy. I found an amazing personal trainer at my local gym, who is also a strength trainer. My results are not consistent because I have been traveling so much.

She wrote that there were drawbacks to aging. Things that were taken for granted are harder to work on. On the grass. The hard work already done is paying off.
She said that she is comfortable with her weaknesses, proud of her strengths, and has the wisdom to put it all together and enjoy the results.
