The gift of a lifetime was received by one of the biggest fans of the singer. The care family of a 22-year-old super fan visited him to let him know that he had received a special gift from Combs. That gift is an acoustic guitar that is unique to the world.

The one-of-a-kind guitar made its way to Owens’s living room neatly packaged in a box and gift-wrapping in a polka-dotted styled paper A video posted to the James Bess Foundation’s TikTok page captures Owens’s touching reaction to the news of the guitar Owens has a big smile on his face throughout the three-minute clip as his friend explains how the giant box made its way to Owens’s home.

The person behind the video told Owens that it took so long to get it here because it was custom-made. There is no one on planet earth that has the same guitar as you.

Owens wasted no time when he heard that news. He opened the box after tearing through the paper and found a card and a guitar with his name on it. There are two stars on the bridge of the instrument, and the title of the tour is displayed in big lettering.

It was awesome! Owens is overjoyed by what he sees, and then he reads the note written on the instrument. It was great to meet you. Hope you have fun, and will see you soon.

Owens takes a moment before the end of the clip to thank the man who gave him the heart. I really like it, man. I am going to see you soon.

Owens is a wish recipient who has been battling congenital heart disease. He was given just a year to live. He wanted to meet Combs as a part of his final wish. He said that he had a second dream of going on a Dollywood vacation. The James Bess Foundation helped to grant the first of those dreams earlier this year. A video was posted to the foundation’s page showing Owens in a hospital bed. It was his goal to make sure the video came true after he watched it.

I am with you, buddy. We are going to make this happen, and I am going to give the whole nine yards to y’all. I will pay for the Dollywood trip too.

Owens was invited by Combs to attend his Atlanta concert at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Saturday and received a lot of treatment. The two met face-to-face and became friends. Owens, who claimed he had never been to a real concert before, said that he loves two of his all-time favorite songs, “Lovin’ On You” and “When It Rains It Pours.” Before the show, the two friends took pictures together, and Combs gave Owens a tour of the backstage area.

On his second promise, Combs made good. Owens and his family are going on an all-expenses paid trip to Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, along with the guitar. The family is going to go on a trip in October of 2022.
