There is a remedy close by, a person who has taken it upon himself to instill a healthy lifestyle in students.

Terry Lewis lived a healthy lifestyle when he was a kid. His parents made sure he had a healthy meal every day because he was involved in so many sports.

He was inspired to help college students live a healthy lifestyle after playing college football in California.

His inspiration came from his mother, who has nerve damage. It’s a type of nerve damage that makes it difficult to walk. The disorder was caused by overdoing it while working out and trying to lose too much weight quickly.

Lewis said that the idea to start a workout business came to him out of the blue. One day while I was running through campus, a couple students asked me about training them, and my mom’s condition was on my mind too.

Lewis had an idea of starting his own business. He went home the next day and started to think.

First of all, he needed a name. Lewis had a name for a potential advertising business that he wanted to start, but he decided to use it for his fitness business.

The name ADITUP is a play on words that Lewis produced and thought it was perfect with the business.

Lewis chose to locate his business two miles from the campus because he wanted to dedicate his business to the area.

John Robinson, an ADITUP client and a FAMU student, said that he can tell a huge difference in his body and performance after working out with Terry for about two months.

The capital city has colleges and universities that Lewis is offering discounts to. Three days a week for one hour, for $60 a month, is his deal. To qualify for the deal, students have to show their student ID.

Lewis said thatADITUP is not like the high-priced franchises that leave you with little results.

Lewis is offering deals to the community as well. If students want to continue their journey after the first month, he will provide one on one training for $60 per week. The clothing line for men will be available soon, as he also offers workout clothing for women.

I have been working with Terry for some time. A client of ADITUP said that he made everyone feel comfortable and let each person move at their own pace.

Lewis has a five-year plan to train people, including celebrities and professional athletes. He would like to host workout workshops.

Lewis wants to build and run his own gym in the North Florida/South Georgia area, as well as cater to individuals across the county.

Lewis can be reached for business via social media.

Lewis said he wanted each person to reach their fitness goal without being robbed and at their own pace. My goals are met as long as my clients goals are met.
