Las Aguilitas Mariachi kick off first week of Hispanic Heritage celebrations

The city of Tucson is located in Arizona. The Pima County Courthouse is celebrating hispanic culture for a month. Food, art, and mariachi will be on Fridays. Las Aguilitas performed on Mexican Independence Day.

There is a long history at Davis Bilingual Elementary. The mariachi band was founded in 1982 by the Valenzuelas. The group is led by the Valenzuela family.
