Klarc hosts new barre fitness class

The Bucknellian has a graphics manager.

A fitness class has been missing for the last few years at the KLARC.

There will be a Barre Burn class every week for the rest of the year.

Ballet barre is a tool that can be used in a bated class. Attendees should be prepared to use and strengthen their muscles in a barre class. There are many health benefits to regularly attending barre classes.

Participants can expect a lot of small movements. The goal of this class is to increase muscular endurance. A large part of the class takes part on the mat, even though the barre is not used for the leg and glutes portion of the class.

Modifications are offered in the class for beginners so that anyone can take it.

Modifications are given to my classes so that people who are more advanced can try more advanced things and people who are just beginning don’t feel intimidated.

She had to delay her debut as a fitness instructor because of the Pandemic. There was a perfect opening for a Barre Burn class.

She was inspired to become a fitness instructor after working at a small fitness center.

She said seeing how good she felt after a workout made her realize she wanted to do it.

It can provide boost to your mental health if you attend the Barre burn class.

The goal is for the class to be fun, welcoming and people to feel good about themselves. Move your body is what fitness is all about. I feel better when I move. It’s easy to keep a sustainable workout plan with a fun workout.

The people that are intimidated to try a new exercise class should show up. Try your best after you get there. You don’t have to go back if you dislike it. If you like it, you can say you showed up, tried your best, and you will be back at class next week.

On Mondays and Thursdays, she hosts her class at 6 p.m.
