Most people agree that the bench press is the best chest exercise, but according to Frazer, you should stop doing bench presses. He did the flat bench press and then changed it to the incline dumbbell press because he didn’t feel good in the chest.
Adding an extra chest session is the second tip from Joe. He focused on the mind-muscle connection and was a bit lighter on the extra chest session.
If you want to grow your chest muscles fast, you must change from the standing cable exercise to the seating variation.
Frazer suggests doing 3 sets of this exercise at the end of your session.
- Set 1 to failure (heavy)
- Rest 2 minutes
- Set 2 to failure (one lighter pin on the machine)
- Rest 2 minutes
- Set 3 to failure (one lighter pin on the machine)
