
It’s not a sprint for fitness. David Bailey motivates his clients to achieve their best body and mindset for health.
He told Lifestyle that he keeps his clients motivated by giving workout challenges with incentives, reminding them that not everyone gets results at the same rate, and keeping the workouts unpredictable.
Bailey was a fan of track and field from an early age. His sister is one of the biggest motivators and it helped that he found support in his family.
He elevated his approach to pragmatic and inspiring heights because of his goal of doing well in athletics. He doesn’t have a structured workout time, so he gets in a session every day whenever he has time.
Working out in the morning is the best for me. My work sessions will go up to an hour and are very similar to high-intensity interval training. Some sessions are all about weights, and some are all about removing the element of weights. He pointed out that one session might include jogging from point A to B.
Bailey’s diet is mostly plant-based and he wants to eat three meals a day in the food department. I limit my intake of processed goods. The trainer explained that he couldn’t achieve his fitness goals without nutrition.
He took his active lifestyle to the gym after finishing college because of his background in physical education. He has been a personal trainer for a decade and he has taken his knowledge and wisdom to help others make the most of their lives.
The profession has thrown him many learning curves along the way, but he remains ready and fit to jump over any hurdle. Health is a lot of money.
Tracking his clients progress, his social media page is dedicated to encouraging them and others to take their health seriously My training style is very athletic and creative. He said that the best part of being a trainer is assisting clients and seeing them put in the work and get the results they need and deserve.
