Hundreds of thousands of people have lined the streets of London to catch a glimpse of Queen Elizabeth’s body as she lies in state.
Ahead of the grand state funeral for Elizabeth, Biden will join King Charles and scores of other world leaders for a reception.
The body of Elizabeth has been lying in state at the historic Westminster Hall since Wednesday, and people from all walks of life and from around the world have been queueing up for hours.

Biden said in a message that the queen’s legacy would loom large in the pages of British history.
The prime ministers of Canada, Australia and New Zealand have already paid their respects.
In the 10 days since Elizabeth’s passing, Britain has hosted a series of poignant, carefully-choreographed ceremonies, reflecting the traditions and pageantry of the British royal family.
‘OUR MATRIARCH’
On Saturday evening, the queen’s eight grandchildren, including Charles’s sons Princes William and Harry, held a solemn vigil at her coffin’s side.
The daughters of Prince Andrew, the queen’s second son and Duke of York, said in a statement that they were guided through this world by her.

The royals and the British government are preparing for Monday’s funeral at the site of English and British kings and queens being buried in the past.
The ceremony was described as the biggest security operation by the police force.
The presidents, prime ministers, kings, queens and sultans of nearly 200 countries and territories will be at the event.
Since World War Two, Britain has not held a state funeral like the one for the queen.
In London, the ceremony will be shown on big screens in Hyde Park. Three broadcasters will show the funeral.
33 million Britons watched the news on the day of her death, according to Overnights.TV.
It has been the desire to pay tribute to the popular monarch, the only one most Britons have known since her accession in 1952, that tens of thousands have waited patiently in a line stretching along the riverbank.
As many as 750,000 people may have filed past by the time her lying in state ends on Monday.
