During her red carpet appearance at the Toronto International Film Festival, the True Detective actress, 46, wore a full-length, sheer, chainmail dress. The strong and toned woman in the see-through dress was shown in the photos from the event.

The reason for her toned-all-over body is that she does a lot of Pilates. In August of 2022,Michelle posted a video of herself enjoying her latest fitness obsession with her trainer Emily Bench, who is the founder of Pilathon Pilates.

She wrote in the post that she tries everything and sometimes doesn’t do anything. She keeps her body strong with her Pilates practice. The actress said that she has been training at Emily’s studio for the last six months and that she has never felt stronger, more flexible and grounded.

The person who likes to run is Michelle. I hike in the morning after dropping the kids off at school. I will go for a run if not. She told Shape that she does 30 minutes, which is three miles. In addition, she told the outlet that she runs a half marathon every year with her best friend from her hometown in Iowa.

The woman is no stranger to getting her sweat on outside. She told Shape that she had begun surfing.

She told Shape that she has six kinds of cheese in her fridge, as well as McDonald’s quarter-pounders. She doesn’t possess a scale. “I don’t beat myself up and I’m a firm believer in moderation,” the woman told the outlet.

“Although I have never liked fruit, I make up for it with a green juice every morning which is totally devoid of fruit but has tons of vitamins from vegetables,” she said. Eggs or oatmeal for breakfast, soup or salad for lunch, fish or meat for dinner, and lots of veggies for dinner is a typical day for me.

She likes a good cookie.
