The teacher was arrested by the sheriff’s office after he was accused of sexually battering a student.
HCSO detectives say that in March a father signed his child up for guitar lessons at a store on Oakfield Drive. The child had a one-on-one lesson with Troche.

Troche started having sex with the student multiple times in June. The alleged sexual battery went on through September.
Troche sent inappropriate messages to his student through social media, according to the sheriff’s office.
Troche told investigators that he had sex with the victim, who was under the age of 18.
