
There is a debate over old versus new. Some people prefer old-school classic cars while others think newer muscle cars are better.
If you want to settle a dispute over muscle cars, pitting them against each other in drag races is a great way to do it. Wheels has done this on its channel. They posted a video of several drag races, each of which had a classic muscle car lined up against a modern muscle car.
The Debate Over Old Versus New
There is a battle between machines. A car is taking on a car. The mustang seemed to have fallen asleep after the Barracuda jumped off the line. The winning time was 8.74 seconds at 161.31 mph, compared to 9.21 seconds at 146.21 mph for the Barracuda.
The next race will feature a 1960’s car and a newer one. During the early part of the race, the sound of wheel spin can be heard. The Firebird won with a time of 13.16 seconds at108.60 mph compared to the Challenger’s time of 13.30 seconds.
There is a Chevy vs. Chevy affair. There is a car against a car. At the start of the race, the Nova lifts up its front wheels, and the two Bow Tie muscle cars stay even throughout the race. The Nova won with a time of 10.52 seconds at 127.07 mph against the Corvette’s time of 10.97 seconds at 125.98 mph.
A black current model Dodge Challenger Wide Body is being jumped over by a 1960s car. The Dodge won the race with a time of 12.65 seconds at 121.01 mph. The time was 13.28 seconds and it was the second fastest in the world.
Some More Old Versus New Muscle Car Races

There is a race between a Chevrolet Nova and a Chevrolet Camaro. The race is close at the beginning, but the Camaro pulls away at the end and leads over the Nova. The Nova crosses the line at a speed of 112.13 mph, while the Camaro crosses the line at a speed of 1203.
Next, there will be a match-up between a newer Dodge Challenger and an older Chevrolet Camaro. The Dodge won the race with a time of 11.28 seconds at 121.44 mph compared to the Chevy’s time of 11.55 at 118.02 mph.
A 1980’s Buick Grand National is going against a modern Chevrolet. The Buick leads off the line, but the Camaro comes back to win with 10.67 at 134.67 against 11.59 at 116.05 mph.
Two Fords are going at it. There are two classic mustangs from the early 70s. At the beginning of the race, the older mustang seems to have some problems. The old Stang took 14.23 at 103.98 mph, while the new school mustang took 10.24 at 136.96 mph.
An old-school Chevrolet Nova is going up against a modern Chevrolet Camaro. The Nova won this one with a time of 10.46 at 128.06 compared to the Camaro’s time of 11.94 at 124.82 mph.
