Brock was surrounded by music from a young age. Before The Damn Kids formed, his father played with his son in the band.
Philip went to all their shows because he loved watching them.
The thing was that Philip and Brock would play a song. We formed our band after we picked up a bassist and a singer.
Philip followed in his sister’s footsteps and played the guitar before he started playing music.
My dad asked me if I wanted to sit in on a guitar lesson. If it’s something you’d be interested in, see if it’s something.
I liked it so I did. I played music seven years ago.
Jack met The Damn Kids through a mutual friend. He said he learned to play the song “Take Me Out to the Ballpark” when he was a kid.
After graduating, he picked up bass to fill the shoes of an old friend.
The group is made up of people who love classic rock and blues.
He said that his father inspired his music taste.
Pearl Jam and the Red Hot Chili Peppers influenced me the most. Since being in the band, I have opened my eyes to different styles of rock.
Philip said he loves old blues and LedStairs. Jimmy Page is the most influential person in my life. I love the style of writing.
Jack and Philip are usually the ones writing the songs.
Sometimes Jack has the lyrics, sometimes I write the lyrics and we’ll all edit it together.
Some songs take a long time. Our song took ten minutes. It’s ready to leave. It is all dependent.
The four released a single called “Lead On” which is available on Amazon Music. They hope to have more music out in the near future.

The Damn Kids recorded a song for the Proof is in the Pudding album.
They will go for first place once the competition starts in September. The winner has performed at the Celebrity Theatre many times.
Jack said there are lots of collaborative opportunities if you win.
The Alice Cooper Foundation gave the bands The Sintrics and Koza the chance to play at certain events, which would be a huge opportunity for us.
The Damn Kids will be opening for the Red Not Chili Peppers at the Marquee Theater.
